A peaceful holiday season to all from Keweenaw Now

Posted 12/24/2002

PHOENIX -- Following
his holiday tradition, Clarence Monette of the Keweenaw County
Historical Society has again decorated the Phoenix Church and its surrounding
trees with lights and and the society's message
of season's greetings on the door. Monette, publisher of Superior Signal, the
society's award-winning quarterly publication, is also the author of more than
50 booklets on Copper Country history. Keweenaw Now, too, wishes a safe,
peaceful and happy holiday to residents of the Copper Country and beyond.
