Page Two: Map of Bete Grise South

The green areas of this map show the area at Bete Grise South (located in Grant Township, Keweenaw County) which The Nature Conservancy (TNC) wishes to purchase from International Paper/Lake Superior Land Co. -- 1000 plus acres including shoreline and wetlands that form what both TNC and the State of Michigan consider the single most important estuarine Great Lakes Marsh remaining in the Upper Great Lakes.
