PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE KEWEENAW COUNTY ZONING/PLANNING COMMISSION HC-1, Box 607 EAGLE RIVER, MI 49950

The Keweenaw County Zoning/Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 3, 2002, at 6:00 P.M. at the Keweenaw County Courthouse, Eagle River, Michigan. The purpose of this hearing is for public review of the Keweenaw County "Blueprint for Tomorrow" Land Use Plan and maps. This Plan was submitted by WUPPDR and the township land use committees. After public discussion and review, the commission may accept, reject, and or change any portion of the Land Use Plan. The Land Use Plan will then be submitted to the Keweenaw County Board of Commissioners for their review and consideration at their regular monthly meeting on December 11, 2002. The Zoning/Planning Commission has final approval of the plan.

Written comments may be made to the address above. The Land Use Plan may be reviewed at the Keweenaw County Courthouse, Eagle River, Michigan, Monday through Friday, 9 A.M. to 4 P.M.
