This reception has been postponed because the exhibit of fabrics by Phyllis Fredendall, professor of Fiber Design, Finlandia University International School of Art and Design, and Turkish Traditional Fabrics is extended through July 15. This exhibit offers examples of dying techniques such as shibori, corn resist, fiber reactive dyes, batik, and fold dyed fabrics produced by Fredendall, as well as exotic hand-woven fabrics produced by Turkish traditional artists.

Chef Eric Karvonen of Eagle River's Fitzgerald Restaurant offers again his Southwestern feast, headed by outdoor grilled steaks, backed by a gourmet version of a regal banquet from that region. The buffet and film combination is still $13, with $3.50 for the film alone. The July Club Indigo is sponsored by Peggy and Don Kauppi's Mariner North of Copper Harbor.
